There are two types of rent - assisted rent and market rent.

Assisted Rent:

Assisted rent amounts to 30% of the household’s total monthly income. Plus a set charge for utilities of $30/month for a one bedroom apartment and $43.00/month for a two bedroom apartment. Applications for assisted rent are controlled through Housing Access Peterborough.

Market Rent

1 and 2 bedroom market rent apartments are controlled by Marycrest at Inglewood.
Rent rates include heat, air conditioning and hydro.
